Kenmac Associates brings together project safety expertise and practical business assurance. We support clients, designers, contractors and growing organisations from our base in the North West.

Project work is central to what we do: CDM Advisor, Principal Designer (CDM) and Principal Designer (Building Regulations). Alongside that, we provide retained safety support, rail assurance, management systems and training.

Drawing on over 20 years in the military, he enjoys building relationships and solving problems early. Away from work, he’s a family man and keen endurance athlete, with ultramarathons and a one-day Coast to Coast cycle ride under his belt.

Russell brings over 25 years of CDM experience to fast-paced retail and hospitality programmes, alongside a background in logistics and healthcare. He delivers the CDM Principal Designer role and coordinates Kenmac’s UK team of site safety inspectors. A keen advocate of smarter technology, he’s happiest outside work walking, spending time with family, holidaying in Cornwall or trying out the latest gadget.

With experience dating back to 2007, he supports management systems, audits, accreditations and CDM compliance. He enjoys seeing clients build lasting improvements in their safety culture. Away from work, you’ll find him travelling, spending time with his dogs or cheering on Liverpool.
